Please note the following information on how we will manage our accommodation, our public areas and our team, to ensure guest safety while adhering the Covid-19 guidelines and ensuring our guests have a safe and secure experience.
THE FOLLOWING MEASURES ARE IN PLACE
Our Team:
- will maintain social distance at all times
- will all have completed Hygiene Excellence Training in June 2020
- will wash their hands as frequently as possible
- will declare weekly that they are illness free and able to work
- have completed the Failte Ireland COVID-19 Safety Charter
Guests staying with us:
- all guests will be asked to social distance from staff & other guests at all times
- guests need to declare that they do not have a temperature or are unwell on arrival
- guests will be asked to provide payment at check-in to allow express checkout
- breakfast will be served by table service only
- we will have medical masks available for purchase for any guests who wish to avail of them
Cleaning of our Bedrooms:
- all bedrooms & bathrooms will be deep cleaned between each stay
- all door handles & doors will be washed with santiser and cleaning agents daily
- all linen & towels will be washed with additional bacterial cleaning agents
- all bedrooms will be sprayed with sanitiser after cleaning
- all bedrooms will be treated with our new ‘ULV Fogger’ which eliminates any bacteria in an area
a notice will be displayed on a bedroom doorway to confirm that the bedroom has been spray sanitised and ULV treated
Please note, Housekeeping will not be entering your room during your stay to service your room. Instead Towels and Toilteries will be left outside of your room each day. You can place your used towels in the bag provided and leave them outside your door and they will be collected. If you need any additional Tea/Coffee during your stay, please contact reception.
If you would like your bottled water refilled, please leave your bottle outside your door and it will be replenished.
Cleaning of our Public Areas:
- hand sanitiser will be available in various points throughout the property
- we will have added soap options in our public toilets
- our management team will check all public areas every 30 minutes
- all public areas will be deep cleaned on a daily basis
- all door handles & handrails will be washed with bleach and cleaning agents daily
- all linen & towels will be washed with additional bacterial cleaning agents
- all public areas will be routinely (at regular intervals) be sprayed with sanitiser
- all public areas will be treated with our new ‘ULV Fogger’ which eliminates bacteria in an area twice daily
Food & Drink service:
- from June 29th we will be open for food service from 9am to 10pm daily
- hot breakfast will be served by table service only
- single use menus will be in operation
- tables will be distanced from each other
- all service will be done based on table service
- we can sell drinks (including alcohol) but it is only permitted with the consumption of food
- tables will be cleaned and sanitised after use
Please note, our hotel operations policy is a live document and amendments will be made on an ongoing basis depending on Government and HSE guidelines.
We are working in a unique situation. We are monitoring and implementing all government directives. We are constantly reviewing our operations to ensure guest and team safety are our number one focus.
